RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

Returns
Returns are accepted for store credit within 14 calendar days from order date. We reserve the right to refuse refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. Such items will be returned to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.

All items are inspected prior to shipping; however, items received with any damage must be reported within 2 days of receiving merchandise.

All sale items, jewelry, and Crushed Velvet items are FINAL sale.

Returns will be issued on e-gift card for future purchases.

Holiday purchases, November 1st-December 25th, will have until January 31st to return/exchange items.
